Unique Enrollment Model
In 2025, the International Business School (IBS) will conduct a secondary selection from incoming freshmen. Eligible students may voluntarily transfer into IBS Honors Programs:Accounting (ACCA Concentration),Accounting (CIMA Concentration).
Upon transfer, students fully discontinue their original majors and enter IBS’s four-year integrated management system. This dual-selection mechanism satisfies students’ specialized academic aspirations while ensuring cohort quality for tailored pedagogy.
Non-Honors Program students may enroll in second-major/minor programs for ACCA, CIMA, CFA, FRM, or CFA SIC. With institutional approval, eligible participants enjoy credit transferability while retaining primary major status. Courses adopt hybrid (online/offline) delivery during non-core hours.

Invited by ACCA Global Headquarters, the faculty team pioneered China's first ACCA Tutor Training Academy in 2011 by conducting inaugural national faculty training in South China. Following this milestone, they successfully delivered three subsequent national ACCA training programs in Suzhou and Tianjin. At CIMA's request, the team further implemented nationwide DMA (Digital Management Accounting) certificate training initiatives, receiving wide acclaim.

A comprehensive training system
The college advocates applying knowledge to practice, integrating practical education into the talent development plans of all majors and including practical teaching hours in the total teaching hours. The college will implement the 'Undergraduate Research Enhancement Program,' which aims to stimulate students' passion for research through various means, such as forming research groups, hosting lectures, and organizing forums. This program will guide students to engage in scientific research.
Additionally, the college will organize a variety of activities to further integrate professional knowledge with practical application. These activities include inviting domestic and international industry leaders, academic experts, and industry experts for lectures or seminars, which offer a feast of diverse perspectives and insights; recommending students to visit or intern at companies to deepen their understanding of their majors through practical experience; conducting quality expansion activities to enhance teamwork and communication skills; guiding students to participate in various competitions at different levels to showcase and strengthen their comprehensive insight, stress resistance, and innovation capabilities; and providing students with short-term, medium-term, and long-term research trips to renowned universities in developed countries, IELTS preparation trips, and entrepreneurship and innovation training trips to prestigious universities.
